Phalafala Pantry Refunds & Returns Policy

At Phalafala Pantry, we take great care in ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or broken, we are happy to offer a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted for items that have been damaged or broken during shipping.
  • Reporting Timeframe: Any breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items. Please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or refund.
  • Proof of Damage: When reporting a breakage, please provide a photograph of the damaged item(s) as received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any other reason, including a change of mind.
